Gian Luigi Zampieri (Rome, 10 June 1965) is an Italian conductor. == Biography == He studied Conducting with Franco Ferrara〔Anton Giulio Onofri, Giorgio Mezzanotte Nehamas. Rugginenti, 2014.〕 He was Assistant Conductor of Gennadi Rozhdestvensky with the London Symphony Orchestra, the BBC Symphony Orchestra and at the Courses of the Accademia Musicale Chigiana. He was also Assistant of Lorin Maazel. In 2012 he was Artistic Director and Principal Conductor of the Orquestra Sinfônica de Ribeirão Preto〔Elida Oliveira.
